This material will weigh on average 15-25 times less than a traditional mud jacking or cementitious grout mix, applying less stress on an already failed subgrade, at 95% strength in 30 minutes or less.
Q-Line (M-1 Rail Streetcar Project)
The century-old steam pipe system running beneath the City of Detroit threatened to interfere with the underground electrical duct bank required to power the light rail system. The concern was to protect the critical electrical conduit from the extreme temperatures generated by the city’s steam system.
Havener Tech was able to offer the project a spray foam system designed for hightemperature applications where exposure temperatures exceed the capabilities of typical SPF systems.
